Introduction

In this article, I will be comparing the Airconditioner of Motorola and Nokia. Sometime back, both Motorola and Nokia have launched their TV on Flipkart.

Now they have launched their air conditioners as well. While Motorola AC was launched sometime back now, Nokia has also launched its AC.

In this article, I will make a detailed comparison of both air conditioners and share my view of which AC is best and why it will be Nokia AC 2021 vs. Motorola AC 2021.

Nokia AC 2021 vs Motorola AC 2021

People who have come to my blog for the first time should please subscribe to it so that whenever I come out with a new article, they will get the notification.

In this article, I will be comparing the five stars 1.5 Ton AC of Motorola and Nokia.

First, let’s talk about the compressor as it is an essential part of the AC.

Both the AC used dual rotary compressors.

Condensor and coil are made of copper in both Nokia and Motorola AC.

Nokia AC 2021 vs Motorola AC 2021

In Nokia, they have used anticorrosion blue fins while Motorola AC used Anticorrosion gold fins.

Nokia comes with 4in 1 convertible AC; this will eventually help cool and save the electricity units as we can use it per requirement.

If the room is small, we can use 1 ton, and if it is large, we can use 1.5 tons. But we won’t be able to use the same feature in Motorola AC.

If we talk about the ISEER rating, for Nokia, it is 4.7, and for Motorola, it is 4.65; as both the AC are 5-star ratings, their ISEER ratings are different. The ISEER rating is as per the standard of 2020 and not 2021.

The cooling capacity of the Nokia AC is 5150 watts, while Motorola AC’s cooling capacity of 5200 watts.

The voltage range of Nokia AC is from 165 v to 265 v. In comparison, Motorola AC ranges from 145 V to 265 V means in the case of NOKIA, if your electricity range volt is between 165 to 276 V, then you don’t require voltage stabilizer. In Motorola, it is in between 145 to 265 V.

But if you take my advice, I will always recommend using a stabilizer. Both the AC’s are wifi enabled; you can operate from your mobile app and control it.

Both ACs have a feature known as GEOFENCING; when it gets activated, the AC gets on when mobile is there in the room, and when you go out, the AC automatically switches off.

Both AC has a function known as a motion sensor in which the AC automatically detects the motion of people around.

It means if there is a lot of movement in the room, it will increase the cooling, and if the activity is less, it will decrease the cooling.

That’s the reason these ACs come under the tag of smart AC. If we talk about filtration, both AC’s have six layers of air filtration.

These days because of pollution it is considered to be an essential feature for all companies.

Apart from this, you will also get features like self-diagnosis in both ACs means if there is any problem with the AC, it will show us the error code in the mobile application, which will help understand the issue with the system.

Also, it will give us the cleaning reminder whether the filter is not clean or AC require servicing. It will provide us with reminders for everything.

Although both ACs have functionality like self-cleaning, I suggest you clean your AC filters independently, or else the AC will not work correctly.

You have to clean your AC filter every 15-20 days for better AC efficiency. Both brands come with Gas R32, which is considered energy efficient and gives very effective cooling.

Although both are split-AC, there are noise levels of 38 DB in both of them, which is considered neither very silent nor very noisy, but it is average.

If I talk about warranty, Nokia has 1 +4 years of warranty, which means one year for complete AC and five years for the compressor.

On the other hand, Motorola gives 1+9 years of warranty which means one year on complete AC and the remaining nine years on compressors.

Nokia AC is manufactured in India by Panasonic India, whose factory is there in Haryana.

And as far as the quality is concerned, Panasonic India always delivers quality products, so you can rest assured that Nokia will provide you with a good quality AC.

Motorola AC is made in China, but that doesn’t mean that their quality is terrible; it is as good as Nokia. For prices and features, please go through my buy link below.

Prices for Nokia AC are a little higher than Motorola, which is surprising as NOKIA AC are made in India, and Motorola AC are made in China.

Earlier in the article, I have recommended that we use a stabilizer irrespective of voltage issue; as you can see with Nokia, you are getting a comprehensive warranty for one year and five years for the compressor.

Since it is an inverter AC, you are not getting an extra warranty for Condensor, PCB and at the same time warranty on compressor is of 5 years only whereas most of the inverter ac is giving ten years guarantee.

So think through all the aspects before buying. And yes, always use a stabilizer because your PCB condenser and compressor are always at risk in the event of a fluctuation in voltage.

Both brands are not providing any warranty on PCB other than a one-year comprehensive warranty. Well, Nokia is giving five years, and Motorola is giving ten years warranty.

Conclusion:

Nokia is made in India, while Motorola is made in china.
So the decision of buying left with you.
